If you plan a lot of orders every day, it is not convenient to have to enter them manually. In RouteLogic, we have made importing your orders super-fast and easy.
Whatever system your orders are in, exporting your orders to Excel is always possible. The format of the Excel file will differ from system to system. We have trained our system to be able to import and understand any Excel file.
So export your orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, Exact Online or whatever system you use. Well-known parties such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Trengo all are now easily connected to RouteLogic through the Zapier APP.
With the Zap, you automatically create jobs in RouteLogic and, once the schedule is created, retrieve the exact order of jobs for each vehicle. You can also synchronise the status of an assignment (e.g. delivered) with your own webshop.
Setting up an API connection
There are also situations where you want to incorporate certain business logic in the order you submit. No problem, with RouteLogic's API you decide that yourself. Does your customer order several goods at one address or a very heavy parcel? Then you need more loading and unloading time than a simple order. Enter your customised loading and unloading time with this order and RouteLogic automatically takes into account a longer loading and unloading time in your route calculation. There are more specific situations in which this is useful, which is why we are happy to think along with you and share our knowledge and experience with you!

Make loading your vehicle easier, faster and error-free!
Once your route is calculated in RouteLogic, you can use the API to retrieve the order of the route for each vehicle. This tells you exactly in what order you need to load your vehicles and which orders need to go in which vehicle. You can use this data in your own applications by retrieving it via our API.
A number of clients have linked the route order to their production process. Orders are thus produced in route order. This allows the vehicle to be loaded immediately after production. These clients save one step in the process and thus shorten their logistics process.
