No more uncertainties for customers
Your customers receive a link to the track and trace page when notifications are sent. On this page, they can see the driver's location and what time he will arrive at their place. The arrival time is updated automatically.
Your customers also easily provide delivery instructions. A parcel can be delivered in person, deposited at the door or they choose delivery to their neighbours. Has the parcel been delivered? Then you can clearly indicate where you dropped it with a photo and message.

Send a message as soon as you have planned the route and share the expected arrival time. On the day of delivery, when you start the route, you can send another message with an arrival time updated to the current situation. Are you already driving electric? With RouteLogic, you also communicate this to your customers. Customers appreciate sustainable delivery.
Things can always go wrong unexpectedly when driving routes. You can set the number of minutes after which customers are automatically informed.
