We process your personal data because you use our website and/or Routelogic application and/or because you have provided this data to us yourself, for example, via our website, email, telephone, or through the app. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

- Bank account number
- VAT number
- Content of communication
- IP address and location data

- Data about your activities on our website and in the RouteLogic application

We process this personal data for various purposes, such as:
- Maintaining contact
- Providing good and efficient services and improving them
- Performing administrative actions, including invoicing
- Marketing (including sending our newsletter)
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Providing personalized advertisements and information on the website
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is over 16. We recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions with (significant) consequences for individuals based on automated processing. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems without the involvement of a person (for example, an employee of RouteLogic).
How long we retain personal data
We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. This means that personal data is kept for as long as necessary to achieve the relevant goals. Certain data must be retained for a longer period because we must comply with legal retention obligations, such as the fiscal retention obligation.
How long we retain data of your customers
Once you enter orders with us (via the API, Excel, or manually), personal data of your customers enters RouteLogic. We need this data to send notifications and plan routes. In your account settings, you determine how long you want to keep this data in RouteLogic (settings > GDPR settings). Set the retention period for the personal data here. Once, for example, data has been in RouteLogic for 30 days, we will automatically anonymize this data. We anonymize the name, telephone number, and email address. The address and delivery date and time are retained as they form the basis for statistics.
Sharing personal data with third parties
We share your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing activities.
Cookies or similar technologies we use
We use functional, analytical, and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization of your choice. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data portability of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@routelogic.io. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request. We also want to inform you that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can be done via this link.
How we secure personal data
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
- If a data breach occurs, RouteLogic will notify you within 48 hours.
- RouteLogic does everything in its power and takes security measures to prevent the leakage or misuse of privacy-sensitive information.

Leadinfo
To measure the business use of our website, we use the Leadinfo service from Capelle aan den IJssel. This service shows us company names and addresses based on IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not included.
Hotjar / Google Analytics
To analyze which data on pages are seen or not seen and to make product improvements.
Mapbox
Mapbox is the live location platform for developers that offers a global map, real-time traffic, and navigation via APIs. RouteLogic also uses this.
Mixpanel
To continue improving RouteLogic, we use Mixpanel. This analysis platform allows us to analyze how our users communicate within RouteLogic, and we use this data for ongoing innovation.
Chargebee and Mollie
To process payments securely and quickly, RouteLogic uses Chargebee and Mollie. This allows us to accept credit and debit cards in RouteLogic.
Transfer of your data outside the EEA
Your personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA consists of the countries of the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland. In addition, your data may be stored by third parties outside the EU when using Google Analytics, LinkedIn, or Facebook in communication with you. These parties are certified under the "EU-US Privacy Shield," ensuring compliance with European privacy regulations.
