"Initially, we partnered with another provider with similar software. Unfortunately, we had to stop this after six months. The provider didn't keep their promises, the software didn't function as promised, and it wasn't stable, causing the system to crash. If there's anything you don't want, it's these issues. Routes often failed when the driver was en route or when the customer wanted to view the track and trace; this caused us a lot of stress, questions, and negative reviews," says Marc Neutkens, Founder of Tuinplantenwinkel.nl.

Subsequently, Tuinplantenwinkel went back to find a suitable partner. To achieve the ultimate customer experience, they now know exactly what the software needs to be successful.
